IdentityI am Rajat Prasad, a Certified Treasury Professional with over 25 years of experience in financial markets, treasury management, and stock market trading. I hold a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree from Kanpur, completed in 1990, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Treasury Management from ICFAI, completed in 2009. Throughout my professional career, I have held senior leadership positions, including Head of Treasury at a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) Bank and leadership of a corporate treasury for 10 years. My extensive industry experience enables me to provide students with practical insights into financial markets and help them develop a strong understanding of trading concepts.
I specialize in teaching Stock Market Trading, covering market fundamentals, technical analysis, chart reading, trading strategies, and risk management. My teaching approach focuses on helping students understand how financial markets operate, how to interpret market movements, and how to evaluate trading opportunities systematically. I believe that successful trading requires more than theoretical knowledge; it also involves discipline, analytical thinking, patience, and an understanding of risk. I aim to help students develop these essential skills while building a clear foundation in stock market concepts.

One of my key achievements is being empanelled as a visiting faculty member with BSE, DNB, and ITM College, where I share my professional knowledge with students and aspiring finance professionals. My experience in heading treasury operations at a PSU Bank and managing corporate treasury has further strengthened my understanding of financial markets and risk management. These professional experiences allow me to bring an industry-oriented perspective to my classes and explain complex financial concepts in a structured and accessible manner.
